We’ve built the program to be as seamless as possible for employers. Donations are calculated at year-end, funded from Elevate’s revenue—not client funds—and distributed once per year. All contributions go to qualified 501(c)(3) charities or schools, ensuring everything remains transparent, compliant, and hassle-free for your business.

Scholarship Option (for 100+ employee clients)

Eligible clients can choose the Elevate Scholarship Fund, administered by an independent third-party committee to keep selection fair and compliant. Funds are paid once per year directly to educational institutions for qualified education expenses (tuition, books, required fees, supplies).

Options for Smaller Employers (<100 employees)

Smaller employers may direct Elevate’s yearly 10% contribution to:

A qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit meaningful to your team

A local school or district

An accredited educational institution

Compliance & Disclosure

  • Donations are made by Elevate Employer Benefits Solutions from Elevate’s revenue and are not paid from client funds.
  • Client invoices are not earmarked as charitable contributions; clients and employees do not receive a charitable tax deduction for Elevate’s donation.
  • Donations are calculated and distributed annually and are not contingent on purchase volume, carrier selection, or renewal decisions.
  • Clients may suggest a qualified 501(c)(3) public charity; final selection and donation are made by Elevate in Elevate’s sole discretion to maintain compliance with applicable laws and anti-inducement rules.
  • No goods or services are provided in return for the donation.
