Elevate Everyday Health Access (EHA) — Elevate EBS
Elevate EBS · Everyday Health Access
A Voluntary Household Benefit

Care for your whole household, for one price.

Everyday Health Access gives you doctors, mental-health care, lab work, and prescriptions through a single monthly payroll deduction. It works alongside the health insurance you already have — and you can join whether or not you have any.

$189 / month
Covers you, your spouse & your children
What it is

Ten health services, your whole family, one flat cost.

Everyday Health Access is a voluntary program that connects you and your household to a full set of everyday health services — from a virtual primary-care doctor and urgent care to therapy, dermatology, lab work, and prescriptions. It’s designed to be the first place you turn for routine care.

One flat fee of $189 a month covers your entire household — you, your spouse, and your children — with no per-person charge. It’s deducted from your pay after taxes, and you can cancel any time. It is not insurance, and it doesn’t require you to have any.

The essentials

Simple by design.

Cost

$189 / month, deducted from your pay after taxes.

Who’s covered

You, your spouse, and your children — no per-person charge.

Who can join

Any employee. Health insurance is not required to enroll.

When it starts

Processed at month end. Access opens the first of the next month.

Cancelling

Any time, no fee. Participation runs through the end of that month.

What it is

A care-access program that works alongside your insurance — not a replacement for it.

What’s included

Ten services — all available to your whole household.

Virtual Primary Care

An ongoing doctor you can see by video for checkups, chronic conditions, and refills.

How to start

Up and running in three steps.

Step 01

Enroll

Complete the enrollment form and sign the participation agreement.

Step 02

Add your family

List your spouse and children so they get their own access, at no added cost.

Step 03

Start using it

Access opens the first of the month after you enroll, and the deduction begins.

Good to know

Three things worth understanding.

It sits on top of your insurance

These services are meant to be the first place you turn, not a replacement for your health plan. You keep whatever coverage you have.

You don’t need insurance to join

If you have no health coverage right now, you’re still eligible — and every service works exactly the same way.

You’re not locked in

Cancel whenever you want. Participation ends at the close of the month you cancel in; deductions already scheduled for that month are still collected.

Important: Everyday Health Access is not health insurance and is not a substitute for medical coverage. It does not pay claims and does not satisfy any individual coverage requirement. It is a separate program from the Preventative Care Management Plan, with its own participation agreement, billing, and terms — enrolling in one has no effect on the other.
